Privacy Policy & LGPD

Dev Maniac's Systems, a Microenterprise (ME), registered in Brazil under CNPJ 27.143.998/0001-30, develops and operates RadierHUB (radierhub.com.br), an ERP for construction management. This unified Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed on the public website and on the platform, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018). Last updated: September 10, 2026.

Official channels of the Data Protection Officer (DPO):

Section 01 — Roles in Data Processing (Controller and Processor)

The roles in data processing vary according to the nature of each operation: for data about employees, outsourced workers and construction projects entered into the platform by the contracting organization, the contracting organization acts primarily as the Controller, while Dev Maniac's acts as the Processor of the software infrastructure, under contractual guidelines. For data processed for our own registration, administrative, support and billing purposes (including contacts via the public form), Dev Maniac's acts as the Controller.

Section 02 — Categories of Data Processed

The system processes strictly the information required for the operational management of construction projects, divided into the following categories:

  • Registration and Access Data — name, e-mail, phone, role and login credentials;
  • HR and Occupational Health Data — attendance records, monitoring of the validity of Occupational Health Certificates (ASO) for risk prevention, and PPE delivery records with CA reference (NR-06, NR-07 and NR-18);
  • Site and Field Data — site photos, equipment hour meters and daily report (RDO) entries;
  • Commercial and Fiscal Data — data for drafting proposals, invoices and reports authorized in the Client Portal;
  • Demonstration Data (public website) — name, e-mail, phone and company provided in the scheduling form, with consent recorded at the time of submission. The contact is answered operationally via WhatsApp or by e-mail, directly by Dev Maniac's specialist product engineers, in compliance with the LGPD; this data is not stored in any database by the website.

Section 03 — Legal Bases and Purposes (LGPD Arts. 7 and 11)

The applicable legal bases depend on the purpose of each processing operation:

  • Performance of a Contract or preliminary procedures (construction management, measurements and provision of software services);
  • Compliance with Legal or Regulatory Obligations (tax and labor obligations and occupational safety regulations such as NR-06, NR-07 and NR-18);
  • Protection of Health and Life on construction sites;
  • Legitimate Interest for cybersecurity, fraud prevention and continuous improvement of the platform;
  • Data subject's consent (LGPD Art. 7, I), collected expressly in the demonstration form on the public website, for operational follow-up on the request.

Section 04 — Cookies and Website Navigation

This website uses strictly necessary technical cookies, security cookies and consent preference cookies, essential to its operation — they do not require consent because they are indispensable to the website's functioning. The choice made in the cookie notice is stored locally in your browser, without personal identification.

Optional statistics via Google Analytics 4 are loaded only upon express consent, with a denied default configuration, IP address anonymization (anonymize_ip) and no behavioral advertising. We do not keep identifiable access logs beyond the minimum necessary for operation and security, as provided by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014, art. 15). You can change or revoke your cookie choices at any time through the preferences panel, accessible from the website footer.

Section 05 — Information Security and Multi-Tenant Segregation

Data in transit uses secure cryptographic protocols (TLS encryption). The architecture applies segregation controls designed to prevent cross-company access, with databases isolated per tenant — no other organization can access your operation's data. In the Client Portal, viewing is restricted (read-only) to the project information expressly authorized, without exposing internal invoices, detailed input costs, salaries or third-party data.

Section 06 — Retention Periods and Document Keeping

Data retention periods vary according to the nature of the document, the purpose of the processing and legal and contractual requirements: tax and accounting records are kept for the periods set out in tax legislation; occupational health and safety records follow the regulatory standards (NRs); and daily reports and measurements are kept for the periods required to evidence contract performance and technical responsibility.

Demonstration request data submitted through the public website is kept only for the time strictly necessary to respond to the data subject's contact and to comply with applicable legal obligations, with no arbitrary retention period. The data subject may request the deletion of this data at any time through the official DPO channels indicated in this Policy.

Section 07 — Rights of Data Subjects (LGPD Art. 18)

In compliance with the LGPD (Art. 18), data subjects may request, at any time and free of charge:

  • Confirmation that processing exists;
  • Access to the data;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Deletion (anonymization, blocking or elimination) of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance;
  • Portability of the data to another service provider, where applicable;
  • Information about data sharing with third parties;
  • Withdrawal of consent when consent is the applicable legal basis, except where retention is mandatory by law.
